Francis's journey into the world of lawn and garden care began in his youth when he developed a love for the outdoors….. lots of rugby, fishing, and hunting. Followed by employment in landscaping and civil construction, where he further developed a keen understanding of the natural environment. Growing up, he learned traditional land care practices from his elders, which he seamlessly blended with modern technology to deliver outstanding client results.

In October 2023, Francis established Bala’s Lawn & Garden Care in response to the growing population due to major projects in the Top End and government commitments to expanding social and affordable housing.

Francis founded Bala’s Lawn & Garden Care with a vision to provide quality lawn and garden care services while honoring his cultural heritage and providing a pathway to of self-employment.
